Although Brady is the GOAT, in this case, he was the goat. Picked a bad time to fumble with the game on the line. Missed a lot of throws early, dropped a pass. The great Matt Patricia’s defense couldn’t stop Foles.
A very entertaining game. The cheap hit on Cooks hurt the Pats, but mostly it was their inability to stop Philly from making big plays. Not enough pressure on the QB, and many missed tackles. Too much pressure on Brady and Gronk to mount an amazing comeback and they fell short.
Everybody felt bad for the Eagles when Wentz went down. They were finished. Nick Foles played a great game. Where is he next year?
