Since my radio participation on WFAN is limited to weekends these days, there are a great many events in the sporting world that I yearn to discuss with our amazing, intelligent audience. With this site, I’ll be able to encourage that dialogue 24/7.
But why limit it to sports talk?
I believe we are living in the real golden age of television, it’s just scattered amongst hundreds of networks as opposed to being concentrated in what used to be the Big Three. So many great shows fly under the radar. Hopefully, I can turn you on to some and analyze the finer points.
Of course, there will be music. I am a fan of all kinds but my obvious specialty remains classic rock. I’ve got lots of stories and archived interviews that will find their way here.
And, oh yes, the books. You’ll get a chance to win autographed copies of my novels, read free previews, scan some short stories, too. You’ll be able to grab them hot off the presses with a mouse click. I also have interviews stored up with some of the greats, the late Robert B. Parker, Dean Koontz, Lee Child, Clive Cussler and many more.
I hope you’ll be a frequent visitor. I look forward to your company.
Hi, Richard. I have enjoyed your work on WFAN for years. I have never called, but I listen every Saturday. I have also read all of your books, and actually attended a wedding in Cornelius, NC last year. I am about to download The Last Resort, and I am happy to see that there are more books in the pipeline.
Hi Richard, I listen to you Saturday mornings on WFAN. Is it possible to list who your guests will be on this blog, in advance of their apperarance? Also, how can I access the Cussler/Parker interviews? I do not see a button, etc.
Hi Rich,
Congrats on the website and the book – Glad this is here- I didn’t want to call the FAN, but I wanted to ask you about the new WLIR documentary. Were you asked to be involved with it? Have you seen it? – Would like to hear your feedback – Thanks – Glenn
